Abstract
What are the famous German foods and ingredients in Asia, China, Japan, and Korea? The author used 4 websites to explore the famous German foods and ingredients in Asia, China, Japan, and Korea. Japan’s famous German foods and ingredients are potatoes, China’s famous German foods and ingredients is beer and Korea`s famous German foods and ingredients is meat. In Asia Japan, China, Korea, many people love German food and ingredients.
Introduction
In Germany, German people love their bread and most of the German main dishes contain either meat, mainly pork, beef and veal or fish. There are many German food all over the world. In Asia, for example German sausages has spread in Japan and Huhn(chicken) has spread in China. The aim of this research is to explore the how German food spread all over the world.
Literature Review
In Japan, many people use German food and ingredients, for example, potatoes. In Germany winter is very cold. Also German people are not so healthy because the vegetables don’t grow well. However potatoes grow well. So German people often have potatoes in their dishes. In Saitama City, Omiya,Ward, there is a restaurant called “HAMACHO” This restaurant uses German potatoes. This restaurant has many kinds of dishes in their menu. This restaurant is popular.

In China, many people use many German food and ingredients. In China, there is a restaurant called “RENBAH” This restaurant has German beer and sausages. Some people (the author’s father) say “German beer is more delicious than than Japanese beer”. German beer has good quality. This beer has been unchanged from old days for about 500 years.
In Korea, many people use German food and ingredients. For example, German meat. German meat is very big! German people say “Eating meat dishes is for martial arts.” However German meat has light taste! In Korea, there is a restaurant called “Urban Knife” This restaurant’s review is very good! It has the best German food in Korea!
Conclusion
There are the many famous foods and ingredients in Asia China, Japan and Korea. Moreover, German foods and ingredients have spread in Asia China, Japan and Korea. What are famous German foods and ingredients in Asia China, Japan and Korea? The answer is potatoe in Japan, German beer in, and meat in. German food is very delicious!
