Korean foods with health

Abstract
This research article explores how to keep the body healthy by eating Korean foods.The author used 3 different books, 1 magazine and 3 websites to research about health with food in Korea. The author’s analysis shows that the Koreans foods help the people health and beautiful as Koreans skin are beautiful, and it connected with Korean foods. Korean foods are traditional, so it is not difficult to cook. For many generations, Korean foods are good for health and beauty.

Introduction
Korea has their own type of foods and those foods use spice in some of their cuisine. In fact, Korean people love and eat Korean foods many times in a day. For Korea, traditional foods keep the beauty of Korean’s body and skin texture is really important. Korean people are careful about their health. The aim of this research is to explore the reasons that how to keep the health by eating Korean food.

Literature Review
Korean foods help the body healthy and more beautiful by nutrition of Korean cuisine. In the Korea, Korean food is an essential part of health.
Korean cuisine uses some spice. In Korea, the spice name is “Yangnyom”. The Yangnyom includes pepper and various spices. The Yangnyom has a lot of nutrition, for example capsaicin and a lot of vitamins. In addition, the spice contains lactic acid bacteria because it is a fermented food. Some Korean foods include Yangnyom, so Koreans can take some better nutrition from meals.

Korean cuisine has a lot of nutrition. The nutrition is how to connect with health. Yangnyom itself is the reason for the health and beauty of Koreans. According to magazine and website, for the health and beauty, Yangnyom is doing a good work. Yangnyom has many spice and nutrition. Why that spice is good for health and beauty? Capsaicin breaks down fat, secretes adrenaline, and warms the body. There is no extra fat. In addition, it contains vitamins A, B2 and C, and has an intestinal effect. In Japan, Kimchi is common in supermarkets. However, some kimchi is slightly pickled to suit Japanese taste, and the power of fermentation is weak. Japanese Kimchi is not special, only Korea Kimchi is special and better for the health and beauty.

As mentioned in the introduction, the author stated a fact that Korean people eat and love Korean food many times in a day. What foods do Koreans make at home?
For Koreans, Kimchi is the most importance food in life so Koreans pickle kimchi at home.
By the way, Koreans eat breakfast a little such as oatmeal. So, Koreans take a lot of spices from lunch and dinner.
At lunch time, Koreans eat “Chige”. The Chige is like between soup and stew.
Moreover, at dinner time Koreans eating “Bulgogi”. At dinner, Koreans eat fish or meat.
Koreans eat foods with spices always. The traditional foods are important part of their life.

Conclusion
Recent research on healthy Korean foods help and support people who eat Koreans foods. It provided an understanding why Korean spice and cuisine is good for health and beauty of humans. Koreans foods are traditional for Koreans and it is one reasons of why Koreans can keep their health and beauty. In addition, in Japanese super market, there is a lot of kind Korean cuisine. So, Japanese can cook Koreans cuisine at home. Yangnyom has a lot of nutrition and some spices. Keeping the health is important parts of our life. And Koreans foods help and support people because the Koreans foods have a lot of spice and nutrition for the health and beauty.
The Koreans eat Koreans foods every day. So, the Koreans foods make our body healthy in good way.
