Abstract
This research report explores the reasons that why many students want to study medicine at three universities in Canada. The author used 13 websites to research three universities in Canada. The author’s analysis shows that the three universities are great to study medicine in Canada, because admission is high level, the classes have group work, and there are famous medical case and strong network. For students who wants to learn medicine, University of Toronto, McMaster University and McGill University are three best universities in Canada(THE WORLD UNIVERSITY RANKINGS, 2021) (Times Higher Education, February 8, 2021).

Introduction
Canada is the North America’s country. Official languages are English and French. So, international student’s population is big. In 2019, the population was 642,000 and its 3rd number in the world (Kareem EI-Assal, February 20th, 2020). That because, students who wants to learn English come to Canada. Also, Canada is safe. In 2021’s Global Peace Index, Canada is the sixth safest country in the world, (World Population Review, n.d) so it is one of the good points that students study abroad in Canada. And there are some famous universities to study medicine in Canada. The aim of this research is to explain the reasons that why the three universities are the best in Canada.
Literature Review
According to the article” Best universities for medicine degrees in Canada” in Times Higher Education, in 2021 three best universities in Canada are No.1 the University of Toronto, No.2 McMaster University, No.3 McGill University. There are three reasons that decide three best university to study medicine. First, for studying at these school, there is admission. McMaster University’s MD program admits just 203 students every year (Times Higher Education, February 8, 2021). The University of Toronto’s admissions are non-medical bachelor’s degree with World Education Services, two full course equivalents, minimum GPA 3.6, MCAT score 125 in each section(University of Toronto, n.d). The high score of GPA is in the 3.5 to 4.0 (Samantha Lindsay, February 9, 2021) and about MCAT score, in each section MCAT high score is 118 to 132 (TPR Education IP Holdings, n.d). Average of GPA is 3.89 at University of Toronto, 3.79 at McMaster University, 3.7 at McGill University. And Average of MCAT is 500 at University of Toronto, 500 at McMaster University and no data at McGill University (Anwar Abdi, April 5, 2021). Comparing with world average, you can know admission is high level.
Second, Canada is popular country from international students as text said. And University of Toronto and McGill University are 4 years program and McMaster University is 3 years program. In the program, students develop their knowledge and practice medicine. Also there are group work (Times Higher Education, February 8, 2021) (McGill University, n.d) (University of Toronto, n.d). Average of three university’s international students percentage is about 21% (University of Toronto, n.d) (McMaster University, n.d) (McGill University, n.d) and each students have multiple background. So discussion and work with together effect to heighten their level. Also most of doctor said most important thing for doctor is taking care about patients, (Weill Cornell Medicine, September 5, 2018) it means they need talking with patients, so the group work heighten talking skill, too.
Third, the program and hospital of university have a lot of famous medical case, especially brain surgery of University of Toronto is famous in the world (Surgery University of Toronto, n.d). As stated by Times Higher Education (February 8, 2021) University of Toronto has an alumni network of more than 61,000. And MD program partnered with more than 30 affiliated clinical teaching sites. So, the big network of medicine and environment that students can research is one of the reasons. The high level admission, working with group and high medical cases and big network are three important factors that why three universities are best in Canada.
Conclusion
Recent research talked about why three universities that University of Toronto, McMaster University and McGill University are the best in Canada. High ranking universities in the world is difficult to admission. It was attended by three best school in Canada. Their admission is high level and students need to get over average score. But, there are other element to make best universities. Canada is popular from international students and in classes studying with group is effect to level up. Because each international students have different background and that make different idea and it effect to their skill up. Also big network and environment to students study medicine activity are also element of high level classes and students. Therefore high level admission, group working in classes and big network and high level medical case are reasons that why many students want to study medicine at three universities.
