Famous food in China

Abstract
This research article explores the famous food in China. The author used 3 websites to research famous Chinese food. The author’s choose the three excellent Chinese foods. Then ranked it. Also it was generally decided when each food should be eaten. So research it.

Introduction
In China they have many cultures. So, they have many famous foods too. This research article writes about three famous food among them. The research questions are “What is most famous food in China?” also author has two follow up questions. “What are these” and “why do they eat them”. Author will write this in ranking format.

Literature Review
The third place is Spring Rolls. Spring Rolls are one of famous Chinese food. Spring rolls are a large variety of filled, rolled appetizers found in East Asian, South Asian, Middle Eastern and Southeast Asian cuisine. The name is a literal translation of the Chinese “chūn juǎn “. The kind of wrapper, fillings, and cooking technique used, as well as the name, vary considerably within this large area, depending on the region’s culture. This food uses the many spring Vegetables so they often eat this at Early spring.


The second place is “Dim sun”. “Dim sum” is also one of famous china food. Dim sum is a Chinese cuisine of bite-sized portions served in small steamer baskets or on plates. Dim sum is generally considered Cantonese, though other varieties exist. In Cantonese tradition, dishes are usually served with tea. Together, they form a full tea brunch or yum cha, a term used interchangeably with dim sum. Dim sum is traditionally served as fully cooked, ready-to -serve dishes. Some Cantonese teahouses have servers push around carts of dim sum for diners to pick from. This food is treated differently by region. For example, in Japan it was considered a snack between breakfast and dinner.


The first place is “Jiaozi”. “Jiaozi” is one of the famous Chinese foods, too. Jiaozi usually wraps minced meat or vegetable fillings in lightly rolled dough and presses the edges together to seal. The finished dumplings can be boiled, steamed, fried or traditionally served with a dip of black vinegar and sesame oil. It can also serve it with the soup. They eat that at Chinese New Year day.

Conclusion
Results of research using several websites, author know about Chinese food and what food are good. It was also clear when each food item would be eaten. My research questions is “What is most famous food in China?” author answer it in a ranking format. The third place is “Spring Rolls”. The second place is “Dim sun”. The first place is “Jiaozi”.
