Abstract
This research report explores the good points of learning IT in the Finland. The author’s used 3 website to research good points of learning IT in Finland and chose the best university in Finland. The author’s analysis show that the Finland is an attractive choice to learning IT because Finnish education is substantial. One of the best Finnish education in the world. And, many people can speak English well. For many learn IT students, the Finland is a good choice to learn IT.

Introduction
The Finnish official language is Finnish but many finlander can speak English well. So, finlander speak English large area. Finish education is very high level so students from over the world come Finland to learning. Among these, IT education is advanced in Finland. Put IT skill into action in one’s own life, so it is useful information. Finland have many university. They have their own characteristics. So, students can chose a college. Author’s vest university is university of Helsinki. The aim of this research is to explore the reasons of Finland is a good choice to learn IT and why university of Helsinki is a vest school to learning IT in Finland.
Literature Review
Many international student goal for studying abroad right now is to become speak English well. But, Finnish official language is Finnish. However, Finnish English level is very high. To be more specific, this is high level for the 7th one. And, not only English, but also IT level is high. Many Finnish school has good facilities. For example, electronic blackboard and class room. Students can chose vest place to concentrate on study. So, class room is devised. For example, Students can study to lie down. Other good point is Finnish students having great IT skill. Because, Finnish students should study IT in first grade to 9th grade. So, international students can take classis with high level students.
Of course, a lot of university has good IT education. But, University of Helsinki has other good points. Among them, there have two good points. First, university of Helsinki have big library. It is biggest library in Finland. So, students can borrow many kinds of books in there. It is effective to students for studying. Students can get a lot if information from there. Second, university of Helsinki came from around the world. So, students can interact with many country people. It is valuable experience. University of Helsinki has many country students than other university in Finland. For these reasons, university of Helsinki is vest school to learning IT in Finland.
Conclusion
Recent research on learning IT in the Finland has provided an understanding why many international students chose to study in the Finland. Current findings suggest that Finland education level is very high in over the world. And, IT education is advanced in Finland compared to other countries. It is the number one reasons why Finland is a good choice to learning IT. In addition, IF(2019) showed that Finland English skill is high level for the 7th one. So, students can learn IT but also English. Among them, university of Helsinki is vest school in Finland. Because, good points of university of Helsinki is not only IT level is high. University of Helsinki has other good points. It has biggest library in Finland, and there has many country students. University of Helsinki is mammoth school in Finland. It is one reason why university of Helsinki is vest school to learning IT in Finland. For these reasons, Finland is good choice to learning IT and university of Helsinki is vest school.
