Abstract
This research report explores the reasons that make the U.K is a good country for learning English and pursuing subjects. The author used 8 websites to research education in U.K. the author’s analysis shows that the U.K is an attractive choice to learning English and studying thing what students want to pursue because the U.K is the birthplace of English, U.K is the home to some of world’s best universities, and there are many specialized subject and courses. For many learners, the U.K is a good choice to learn things what they want to learn.

Introduction
The United Kingdom includes 4 countries. There are 1,770,000 University students and 540,000 of them are international students. In fact, U.K is a good country for studying and it is known by everyone in the world. However, why U.K is a good country for study? The aim of this research is to explore the reasons that make the U.K is a good country for learning English and pursuing subjects.
Literature Review
Many countries such as United States of America, Canada and Australia set English as an official language. However, the U.K is the birthplace of English. There is no better way to learn British English than by immersing yourself in it completely. According to the article “The Japanese students in U.K” in Study abroad Pedia, the number of Japanese students in U.K is one third of number of Japanese students in U.S.A. It shows that number of Japanese in U.K is very few compared to other countries. So, mostly you won’t have a chance to speak Japanese. It mean, you will speak British English every day in your class with your teacher and friends. Then, your English skill will be a better.
Next, the U.K is the home to some of world’s best universities. The following are especially famous universities. Firstly, University of Oxford was ranked 5th globally in QS World University Rankings 2021 (①Julia G,2021). Also, some member of the imperial family of Japan studied at university of Oxford. Secondly, university of Cambridge was ranked 7th globally. There are over 31 colleges and mainly you can study scientific subjects. Lastly, Imperial college London was ranked 9th globally.
There are over 340 club, societies and projects for over 19,000 current students and you can learn knowledge and sociability in there. Like these, U.K has many world’s best universities and high quality education. If you will study
at these universities or other universities in U.K, that will be your valuable asset. For example, when you are looking for a job, your experience studying in U.K university makes an intelligent first impression of you. Because, everyone
knows that U.K universities is maintain high level of education.
In U.K universities, there are over 50,000 undergraduate courses. For example (according to ⑥Study abroad lab,2020), the Single Honors Degree(-Choose 1 subject and study about it for 3 years), the Combined/Joint Honors Degree(-Choose 2 or more subjects and study), the Modular Degree Courses(-Don’t need to choose subjects but you can get credit in various subjects) and more. Also, all of these are specialized courses. So, you can pursue subject what you want to pursue in U.K universities.
Conclusion
Recent research on learning English and pursuing subjects has provided an understanding why many foreign students choose to study in the U.K. The U.K is the birthplace of English is the number one reason why many foreign students choose the U.K. In addition, the U.K is the home to some of world’s best universities is the number 2 reason. Furthermore, in U.K universities, there are over 50,000 undergraduate courses for students pursue thing what they really want to learn. English is a big part of daily lives of the British and there is no better place to pursuing things than in the U.K, this extreme exposure allows them to experience the language firsthand and study in one of the best place in the world, and provides reinforcement. For these reasons make the U.K is a good place for learning English and pursuing subjects.
