Introduction
United States of America declared independence in 1776, and soon after that became very international and aim liberty. It made the country open-minded and accept diversities. By 2016, an estimated of 9 million non-Americans live in America. The educational system and the technology is unique, making America one of the top destinations for international students. Currently, the law and the politic climate is changing after Donald Trump has become the 45th president. However, America is still accepting international students and seeking to be enrolled in the new system of visa. The aim of this research is to find out what is the rationale of the popularity of America in the education field.

Literature review
Japan has a grading system of ABC, F and the years are divided with 6yrs of Elementary school, 3 years of Junior High school, 3 years of High school, and 1 or more years of college. But America has a different grading and year division system. In America, there are primary education which is about 6 years long. There, students learn the basic skills. Then, they experience the 6 years in junior high and high schools before the High School Diploma. After graduation, students can choose to go to Universities, or Colleges. There are community/Junior college degrees, Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, Doctoral degree, and Professional degrees. This system is competent for students who want to get degrees. They can learn the basics, without enteral exams, so they have time to study well and learn deeply.

The grading system is based on GPA. These grades are critical for entering Universities. If you don’t meet the grades that is required for the University you want to go to, you must study more, and get good grades. This seems ambitious, but it is a good system to see what you need right now. In Study USA article it is stated, “Your educational advisor or guidance counselor will be able to advise you on whether or not you must spend an extra year or two preparing for U.S. university admission.” [Brice, 8th paragraph] This means that the teachers, and the supporting adults will lead you to better path by inquiring the GPA. Foreign students can study using the long time given, and see their current standing point and aim higher.

The technological improvement of America is sensational these days. Almost every school in US have Chromebooks and Windows PCs. Compared to Japanese schools, this is a colossal distinction. Also, many students can bring smartphones to school, to use it for studying. According to [Toshihiko, 2017] the number of students on their tens who have both PC and smartphone in America is 79.4%, while Japan is only 48%. Japanese students’ data showed that there are more students who have smartphone only. This shows that America is educating, using the developing digital systems too. In the digital education, students use presentation slides, documents, research websites, etc. These give students lots of contemporary perspectives, and makes the learning effective. The digital system is used worldwide, so foreign students can also use them with no problem. As a result, America uses the digital technology beneficially in their education.

America has a global mindset and is accessible for foreigners. Transitional education is used, which is the provided education in one country, different from the country where the awarding institution is based. Students who just want the English education go to the Philippines, Canada, and other foreign countries these days. But, the biggest point of American education is that you can receive degrees. America is welcoming students who just come to study, but most importantly, international students who aim for diplomas and degrees. Although, these days, the political climate in US is giving a big impact on the international student trading system. The Trump forces are scaring away international students with the anti-immigrant rhetoric. In addition, the visa system is changing, and it is hard to be certified as a student studying aboard. Also, states that the students worry about the safety of America, because there are mass shootings and the gun violence. Hate crimes are happening to some groups of people. [Brice, (2018)]. So, there are problems about security and insurance too. However, there are places that are safe and peaceful in America too. So, American institutions must increase the welfare environment for the international students, and become more open-minded.

Conclusion
In conclusion, America is a great destiny for degree-seeking students for 3 reasons. First is that there is a long period of preliminary education so that students are ready for advanced level of learning. Students must go to school up to High school, and the educational cost is paid by the government mainly. The education is effective to prepare for taking degrees. So, the students can get a high-quality education economically and seek degrees. Second point is that technology is developed. There are more chances of educations like STEM and Technology, where you can learn the effective way of using the technologies nowadays. Using technology in class can also help foreign students study language fast. Last, American educations are internationally open-minded even though there are some political and safety problems. Transitional educations between other countries helps the students learning aboard go to foreign countries easily. We cannot forget that there are places in America that are safe, and moreover, there’s a great education waiting! So, the beneficial points of American Education are the high quality of education and that America is financially, technologically and internationally a great destiny.
