Abstract
This research article explores about yearly number of tourists visit France and famous and popular places in France. The author used 3 different websites to research it. The author’s analysis shows that Paris is the most popular place in France. Because there are many famous places in Paris. For example, Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe and Louvre Museum. All most all the tourists who visited France has travelled to Paris.
Introduction
Have you ever been to France? France is in Europe. It is close to Italy and Germany. Author has often heard that France has a lot of world heritages and so on. In fact, France has 45 Would Heritage sites (Condor Ferries, 2020), the fifth most in the world ranking of world heritage sites. Do you know what is the most popular place in France? As author mentioned, Paris is the most famous place in France and it is very attractive place in the world. The aim of this research is to know about the number of tourists to France and famous and popular places in there.
Literature Review
There are many famous places in France. For example, Mont Saint-Michel, Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. The number of Would Heritage are 45, It is the fifth most in the world. To begin with, do you know how many tourists visit France each year? France has the world’s number one tourist destination for more than 30 years. In 2018, 89.4 million tourists visited France, and it’s jumped up by 3% of 2017 (Condor Ferries, 2020). Thus, the number of tourists is increasing every year. So, France targets of 100million tourists for 2020. France was visited by many tourists, so some people called it “Tourists power”.
Next, author searched about the “most popular places in France”. Now let’s list the actual top 5 popular places there. According to (Lisa, 2020), (Touropia, 2020), popular places ranking by tourists, shows that Top5 are as follows

No 4. Palace of Versailles
No 3. Louvre Museum
No 2. Eiffel Tower
No 1. Paris
Number one is Paris!! Attracting more than 45 million tourists a year, Paris is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world. Known as the “City of Light”, “City of Love”, etc., Paris is the capital of France, known for its romantic atmosphere, gastronomy, fashion and art. Paris has 20 districts, each with its own character and attractions, but it is also known for its iconic landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, the Palace of Versailles, and Notre Dame Cathedral. Paris is also home to some of the world’s finest museum, including the Louvre and Musée d’Orsay. In addition, Paris is also home to magnificent gardens, such as the Luxembourg Gardens (Touropia, 2020). The first place was still Paris. The number of tourists in also much higher than in other places.
Conclusion
Recent research on popular places in France has shown interesting facts about number of tourists visiting France and its most popular places in ranks. Current findings on number of tourists to France are down due to the new Coronavirus. France has many famous places. For example, Mont Saint-Michel, Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. In addition, number of World Heritages are 45. It is the fifth most in the world. France is called “Tourists power”. Because In 2018, 89.4 million tourists came to France, and France has the world’s highest number of tourist visits for more than 30 years. Paris is the most popular place among them. As shown above 45 million tourists visit every year. There are also several other popular places in Paris, such as the Eiffel Tower.
