Abstraction
This research article is about crops and traditional foods in Italy. In Italy, there are many types of crops and people use that crops to make traditional foods. Italy is famous for crops and delicious foods.

Introduction
Italy is a one of the countries in Europe. In Italy, there are many interesting things. Traditional food is very interesting. Crops are very important to cook traditional foods. In fact, there are many types of crops in Italy. The contents of this article are about crops of Italy and connection between crops and traditional foods.

Literature review
In many European countries such as France, Germany and England, there are many famous traditional foods. However, Italy is the most famous for foods. For example, pizza, pasta and wine.

Grapes, olives, tomatoes and wheats are famous crops in Italy. First crop is grapes. In Italy, people use grapes to make wine. Grape is very important to make wine. According to experts of wine, people crush grapes and release the juice to make wine. Next is about olives. In Italy, people eat olive pesto and bread together. When people make olive pesto, they crush ingredients (olives, basils, pine nuts, cheese, pepper and salt) by using food processer. Next is about tomatoes. By crushing tomatoes, people make tomato sauce to cook calzone. Calzone is one of the famous foods in Italy. Last is about wheat. By using wheat, people can make pizza. They combine salt and flour to make pizza dough.

In Italy, there are many farmers, and farming is very prosperous. There are many kinds of crops in Italy. For example, corn, cherries and apricots. Farming is very important point in Italian’s economy.

Conclusion
This research’s topic is crops in Italy. There are two important points in my research report. First, there are many kinds of crops in Italy. For instance, grapes, olives, tomatoes and wheat. Second, people in Italy use these crops to make traditional Italian foods. The answer of my research question is “There are many types of foods in Italy. People use that crops to make traditional Italian dishes.”
