Introduction
America (The USA) is a big country. And America has people from many races. Some of the Japanese dishes are famous among those people. The aim of this research article is to explore 3 most famous Japanese dishes in America.

Literature Review
Sushi
Sushi is Japanese traditional food. Sushi is raw fish on the vinegared rice. In addition, they use meat and vegetables. Sushi is so popular in the United States that there are many sushi restaurants in the country.

Tempura
Tempura is dish like seafood, meet and vegetables covered batter and deep-fried in oil. It’s very tasty and the texture is crispy, making it even more delicious.

Soba
Soba is a type of noodle dish made from buckwheat flour with water. Soba is of many kinds. For example, buckwheat noodles in broth, Zaru soba, soba noodles with tempura. Each buckwheat noodle dish is unique and has its own flavor.
