Spicy Foods in India

Abstract
Do you know about Indian food? Probably you image spicy food when you hear Indian food. In fact, most of Indian food use many spices. I will introduce what makes Indian food is spicy.

Introduction.
India has many kinds of food. A lot of Indian food use spices. Indian food is so spicy. However, Japanese food or Chinese food isn’t spicy like Indian food. The aim of this research is to explore the reasons that made the Indian food spicier than other country’s food.

Literature Review
India has different weather than other countries. These are climograph of Tokyo (Japan) and New Delhi, India (Climate-Data.Org, 2019). New Delhi is hotter than Tokyo every month. It connects to Indian eat spicy food. Spice helps perspiration and cooling body. So, spicy food is effective in hotter country such as India. India is a good place for propagated spicy food.

Also, that connect to Indian history. Indian food has long history. Indian forefathers knew spices help to kill germs present in food. So, they started using a lot of spices. Indian people often eat spicy food since childhood. Now, medical sciences advanced and we do not need spices to keep our health. However, that was habit in India. Indian forefathers started to use spices and that still continue today.
Geography is important to introduce Indian food. India is abundant in spices. India made a lot of kind of spice. Spicy food is become one of Indian culture. In fact, India produces more kinks of spices than any country in world. Indian geography makes their foods.

Conclusion.
There are many reasons of Indian eat spicy food such as weather and history. You can eat a lot of kinds of spice in India. India has better weather to become wide spread use of spices. History and geography also connect to this. So, Indian weather, history and geography made them eat spicy foods.
